Short-Term Rental Cleaner

Position Summary

Piru Group is seeking a highly energetic and detail-oriented professional to maintain our short-term rental properties. You are the final quality check before a guest arrives, and we require a strict adherence to 5-star sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all property areas between guest stays.
• Handle property laundry (linens and towels) and meticulously restock all household supplies.
• Conduct strict visual inspections of the property to identify and immediately report any maintenance needs or guest damages.
• Tool & Vehicle Mandate: You must possess your own professional cleaning supplies/tools, vacuum, and a reliable vehicle capable of moving between properties.

Mandatory Tech Compliance

We operate a modern, tech-driven company. You must have a smartphone, utilize our project management app (Monday.com) to track your daily cleaning checklists, and upload staging photos of the pristine rental unit to verify your work before clocking out.
