Concrete Finisher & Foreman

Job Type: Full-time, Contract | Pay: From $25.00/hour
Location: Albuquerque, NM

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Finisher and Foreman to execute and oversee complex concrete tasks across our commercial renovations and new builds. We are not looking for a general laborer; we need a professional who can finish concrete flawlessly and lead a site.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret construction plans to accurately prepare and set up formwork for concrete pouring.
• Install rebar reinforcement and metal studs according to strict design specifications.
• Execute concrete pouring, specialized finishing, sealing, caulking, and surface treatments to an exact standard.
• Direct site operations, operate mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy machinery safely.
• Tool & Vehicle Mandate: You must possess your own professional-grade finishing tools and a reliable vehicle capable of transporting equipment to job sites.

Mandatory Tech Compliance

We operate a modern, tech-driven company. You must have a smartphone, utilize our project management app (Monday.com) to track your daily tasks, and upload photos of your formwork and final finishes before leaving the job site.
