RFP & Grant Compliance Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, Contract | Pay: From $20.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFP & Grant Compliance Specialist. You will oversee the management, documentation, and strict compliance of federal and state Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and grant programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, legal review, and submission of RFPs and grant proposals.
• Ensure absolute compliance with all federal regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and UCC law.
• Review complex contracts for legal accuracy, negotiate terms with vendors, and manage the contract lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Oversee document management systems (Salesforce, DocuSign, ERP systems) to maintain pristine records of all proposals and amendments.
• Support business development by drafting technical narratives and developing compliance frameworks for new bids.

Mandatory Requirement
