Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous Residential Painting Specialist to deliver premium interior and exterior finishes. You must have a critical eye for detail, color consistency, and surface preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute rigorous surface preparation, including sanding, caulking, priming, and stucco repair.
• Apply coatings using brush, roller, and airless paint spraying systems.
• Ensure exact color matching and flawless application on drywall, masonry, and trim.
• Maintain a pristine work environment and adhere strictly to respiratory safety protocols.
• Tool & Vehicle Mandate: You must possess your own professional painting tools (sprayers, brushes, tarps, ladders) and a reliable vehicle capable of transporting equipment to job sites.

Mandatory Tech Compliance

We operate a modern, tech-driven company. You must have a smartphone, utilize our project management app (Monday.com) to track your daily tasks, and upload before-and-after photos of your completed painting projects before leaving the job site.
