Commercial Tree & Bush Trimmer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, safety-conscious Tree & Bush Trimmer to manage the arboricultural and landscaping needs across our portfolio. You will ensure all properties maintain a clean, secure, and highly professional aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate chainsaws, pole pruners, hedge trimmers, and aerial lifts to trim, prune, and remove trees, overgrown bushes, and brush.
• Assess tree and shrub health, identifying and removing diseased or structurally unsound overgrowth.
• Manage comprehensive site cleanup, clear all debris, operate wood chippers, and leave properties pristine.
• Adhere strictly to all OSHA standards while working at heights or near structures.
• Tool & Vehicle Mandate: You must possess your own professional-grade equipment (chainsaws, trimmers, safety gear) and a reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools to job sites.

Mandatory Tech Compliance

We operate a modern, tech-driven company. You must have a smartphone, utilize our project management app (Monday.com) to track your daily tasks, and upload before-and-after photos of your completed trimming and site cleanup before leaving the job site.
