About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to elevate the interior and exterior quality of our residential and commercial properties.

Core Responsibilities

• High-End Carpentry: Execute high-quality interior and exterior finish carpentry, including trim, baseboards, crown molding, and casing.
• Custom Fabrication: Perform precise site measurements and layout work to ensure seamless fits and flawless finishes.
• Hardware Installation: Install specialized carpentry hardware, cabinetry, and custom millwork elements.
• Documentation: Use your smartphone to take photos and videos of completed work to verify installation quality via Monday.com.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of professional finish carpentry experience. Ability to read blueprints. Must have your own basic hand tools.
