About the Role

We are looking for an experienced installer dedicated strictly to residential and commercial windows and doors. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are properly sealed, secure, and visually flawless.

Core Responsibilities

• Installation: Expertly install, level, and secure interior/exterior doors and windows in both new builds and retrofits.
• Weatherproofing & Sealing: Ensure all installations are completely airtight, watertight, and code-compliant.
• Hardware Alignment: Install, test, and adjust all window hardware, door hinges, locks, and closure systems.
• Documentation: Use your smartphone to take photos and videos of completed work to verify installation quality via Monday.com.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of professional door and window installation experience. Must have your own basic hand tools.
